'Artful: Exploring self through art' - SHIFTING PATTERNS

This series focuses on the ways our thoughts, rhythms, and habits shape daily life - and how they can be gently reimagined through art. Using media such as clay, stitching, collage, and spacious watercolor painting, participants slow down, notice recurring patterns, and experiment with new ways of arranging, layering, and breathing into their creative process.

The sessions offer a mindful practice of presence and reflection, where repetition becomes rhythm and change emerges from small shifts. By embracing process over outcome, participants discover how creative play can soften the mind, open new perspectives, and create space for balance, calm, and renewal.
