'Artful: Exploring self through art' - EMOTIONS

This series invites participants to tune into the shifting landscape of their emotions through simple, expressive art practices. By working with intuitive mark-making, flowing colors, and layered stories, the sessions open space for noticing feelings, letting go of control, and exploring the unknown with curiosity.

Each workshop offers a mindful balance of structure and freedom, encouraging participants to use art as a language for what cannot always be put into words. Through color, texture, and movement, emotions are given form in a safe, supportive space - creating not only artwork, but also moments of clarity, release, and self-discovery.
